We are so excited to welcome everyone back for another year’s Members’ Show!
Hosted in our newly reboarded and painted gallery (compliments mandatory on hand-in *thanks*), we will be showing works from across the membership of Dundee’s oldest artist run initiative.
Expect a wide range of work in many different mediums, from artists and makers ranging from the experienced and world-weary, to the fresh undergraduate. All is presented equally and does not go through a curatorial panel to determine ‘good’ or ‘unworthy’. Instead, you get a democratic insight into the breadth of work being made in this city.
We will have a programme of events running throughout the opening weekend so keep an eye on our social media to find out what is happening and when!
How to be included:
Our membership is now FREE. Fill out this form to update your details or join up for the first time.
Prepare your work for exhibition - this ranges from framing 2D work, to finding a plinth or putting videos on a USB stick. Please contact us if you have any questions about formats or if this is your first time contributing to an exhibition and you just need a bit of advice.
Label your work: include your name, the title of your work and any other information that you want to be public. This could be a line about the work (no more than 75 words please!) or a social media handle.
DROP OFF! We are open from 12 - 5 on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th March, as well as all day on Monday 13th. Please take wrapping away with you afterwards and bring any plinths or furniture needed to show the work.
Join us for the opening and invite all your friends! This will be on Friday 17th February from 6-9pm. There will be drinks, music and some live performances.
COLLECTION of works: 6th - 12th March, 12-5pm.
